We would like to draw your attention to the most critical points of this Agreement in order to help you avoid possible mistakes when booking.

We purchase airline tickets from the carrier immediately after payment is received. This means that all bookings made by you are final. Before confirming your booking, you must ensure that passenger names and surnames (exactly as they appear in the passport) and flight dates are entered correctly. The first name must be entered in the «first name» field, and the surname in the «surname» field.

After the airline ticket has been issued, no changes can be made to it. Only economy class tickets can be booked through the SKYMANN.COM booking system. Economy class tickets are subject to the following conditions:

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the airline cancels the flight; refunds are also not provided for medical reasons, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.
Changes to dates and destinations are not allowed;
Changes to passenger names and surnames are not allowed;
Tickets cannot be exchanged for other tickets.
In exceptional cases, we may contact the airline to request changes to your booking. In this case, the customer must pay the fare difference and any applicable airline fees.

We recommend paying for your order as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the price will remain unchanged. If you do not pay immediately after completing your booking and the price changes, we will either refund the full amount to the payer’s account or offer you the option to pay the price difference.

We send the booking confirmation within 15 minutes of receiving your payment. If you do not receive the confirmation, possible reasons may include an incorrectly entered email address or the confirmation being marked as spam. If you have paid for your order but not received a confirmation, you must contact us by email at [email protected], and we will resend the confirmation with the ticket number.

The airline may cancel your entire ticket if you miss any part of your journey (a segment of your itinerary). We are not responsible for such actions by the airline.

We charge a service fee. It is included in the ticket price shown on our website and in your booking confirmation.

Online check-in is mandatory for Ryanair flights. Ryanair passengers are required to check in for their flight (following the instructions in the booking confirmation) and must print and carry their boarding pass at the airport. Free check-in for Ryanair flights begins 4 days before departure of each flight in your booking, and boarding passes are sent no earlier than 4 days before departure. If you fail to check in online, a fee of €45 per passenger is charged at the airport; printing a boarding pass costs €15 per passenger.

For Ryanair flights, passengers under 16 years of age, and for Wizz Air flights, passengers under 14 years of age, are only permitted to travel if accompanied by an adult.

We offer low-cost flight options with transfers. These are often significantly cheaper than full-service airline tickets. However, when booking such tickets, you must be aware of several important factors:

You are booking separate tickets, as low-cost airlines do not offer connecting flights. For example, if you fly from Vilnius to Tenerife via London with Ryanair, you are purchasing two separate tickets: Vilnius to London and London to Tenerife.
Since these are separate tickets, neither we nor the airline are responsible if, due to a delay or cancellation of one flight, you miss your next flight. In such a case, you would need to buy a new ticket at the transfer airport, and this would not be reimbursed.
You must check in separately for each flight.
If you are checking in baggage, make sure you have enough time during the transfer (we recommend a minimum of 2.5 hours), as you will need to collect and recheck your baggage for the next flight.
Check whether a transit visa is required for your transfer.
We strongly recommend choosing flights with ample time between connections and avoiding bookings for such routes many months in advance.

Traveling with pets on a plane
Inform us in advance by email ([email protected]) if you plan to travel with a pet before booking your flight. This information is required because many airlines have restrictions or do not allow pet transport (e.g., Ryanair).

Passengers traveling with pets must be familiar with the regulations of the country regarding the import and export of animals and the conditions of animal transport before booking a flight. This information can be obtained from the respective country’s consulate. The passenger must carry all documents required for pet transport.
