By using the information published on this website, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you must immediately stop using this site.
IMPORTANT
We would like to draw your attention to the most important provisions of this Agreement in order to protect you from possible mistakes during the booking process.
- We purchase airline tickets from the carrier immediately after payment is received. This means your orders are final. Before confirming the booking, you must verify the spelling of passengers’ names and surnames (exactly as in the passport) and flight dates. The first name should be entered in the first name field, the surname in the surname field.
- After airline tickets are issued, no changes are possible. In the Skymann.com booking system, only economy class tickets can be reserved. The following rules apply:
- tickets cannot be refunded or reimbursed, except if the carrier cancels the flight; refunds are not granted even for medical reasons — in such cases travel insurance must be purchased;
- no changes of dates or routes are allowed;
- no changes of name or surname are allowed;
- tickets cannot be exchanged for others.
In exceptional cases, we may contact the airline and submit a request for changes. In such cases, the client pays the fare difference and any carrier fees.
- Payment for the order must be made as quickly as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the fare will remain unchanged. If payment is not made immediately and the price changes, we will refund the entire amount paid or the client may pay the remaining difference.
- We send booking confirmation within 15 minutes after payment is received. If the confirmation is not received, possible reasons include an incorrect email address or the message going to spam. If you have paid but did not receive confirmation, you must contact us at [email protected], and we will resend the confirmation with the ticket number.
- The airline has the right to cancel the entire ticket if you do not use a part (segment) of the journey. We are not responsible for such actions of the airline.
- We charge a service fee. It is included in the ticket price shown on our site and in the booking confirmation.
- For Ryanair flights, online check-in is required. Passengers must check in online (as instructed in the booking confirmation) and print and carry the boarding pass. Free online check-in opens 24 hours before departure; boarding passes are sent no earlier than 24 hours before departure. Fees for check-in at the airport are not included (€55 per passenger without online check-in; €25 per passenger for boarding pass reprint).
- For Wizz Air flights, online check-in is also required. Passengers must check in online (as instructed in the booking confirmation) and print and carry the boarding pass. Free check-in opens 24 hours before departure.
- For Ryanair flights, passengers under 16, and for Wizz Air flights, passengers under 14, may only travel accompanied by an adult. Separate tickets cannot be booked for such passengers; they must be in the same booking as the accompanying adult. In the case of Wizz Air, a child under 14 can travel only with an adult aged at least 16.
- The site offers low-cost airline connections (e.g., Vilnius — Tenerife via London with Ryanair). Such options are cheaper, but the buyer must consider:
- you are purchasing separate tickets, as low-cost carriers usually do not offer connecting flights;
- if one flight is delayed or canceled, neither we nor the airline are responsible for the missed connection — you must buy a new ticket at your own expense;
- check-in must be done separately for each flight;
- if you check in baggage, ensure enough transfer time (we recommend at least 2.5 hours), since baggage must be collected and re-checked for the next flight;
- check visa requirements — e.g., non-EU citizens traveling via/to the UK may need a UK transit visa.
We strongly recommend allowing extra time between flights and not planning such connections far in advance without careful checks.
- Ryanair ticket includes one carry-on bag 40×20×25 cm up to 10 kg. Passengers with priority boarding may also carry a second bag 55×40×20 cm.
- Wizz Air ticket includes one carry-on bag 40×30×20 cm. With WIZZ Priority you may take a larger carry-on (55×40×23 cm) plus one small bag (40×30×20 cm).
- Pet transportation. Inform us of planned travel with pets before booking tickets by writing to [email protected]. This is necessary because many airlines restrict or prohibit animals (e.g., Ryanair).Passengers traveling with pets must check the destination country’s rules for import/export and care requirements and have all necessary documents.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any use of the Skymann.com website or booking systems on partner sites implies agreement with these terms.
User confirmation of this Agreement on the Skymann.com website or partner websites is equivalent to signature by both parties.
1. GENERAL TERMS
All Skymann.com infrastructure, software, and website content are the property of Skymaxxi SIA, registered and protected by applicable law (hereinafter — Agent). The Agent also owns the registered domain Skymann.com and trademark Skymann.com.
2. LINKS AND ACCESS TO BOOKING SYSTEMS
2.1. The Skymann.com booking system is designed to provide users with access to airline offers and allow reservations and issuance of electronic tickets only. All service contracts available through the system are concluded directly between the user and the service provider (carrier).
2.2. This Agreement is considered binding once the user confirms acceptance (e.g., by clicking “Book” and confirming “By clicking ‘Book’, I confirm that I have read and agree to the booking terms.”). It then serves as the primary document governing relations between the user and the Agent.
2.3. Users must be legally capable of entering into contracts. Only persons aged 18 or older may book via Skymann.com. By agreeing, the user confirms legal capacity, financial ability, and responsibility.
2.4. The user confirms all data entered in the system is true and accurate. Responsibility for errors lies with the user. Changes to personal data in an issued booking result in fare loss; a new booking must be made, possibly with extra costs.
3. OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY
3.1. The user must enter only accurate data. Skymann.com is not responsible for errors if false data is provided.
3.2. The booking system may be changed at any time; the user accepts it “as is.” The Agent is not liable for downtime or resulting costs.
3.3. All offers, prices, and conditions may change without notice and depend on availability, deadlines, seasonality, strikes, or system downtime.
3.4. All flight information is published exactly as received from providers.
3.5. The Agent cannot independently verify all data and is not liable for errors or losses resulting from them.
3.6. The Agent is not liable if providers do not comply with booking rules or fare policies.
3.7. The Agent may refuse service without explanation, in which case refunds follow service provider rules.
3.8. The Agent is not responsible for the quality or security of user internet connections or resulting losses.
4. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Agent may amend terms at any time before user acceptance. Unless otherwise specified, changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Skymann.com website.
5. OTHER TERMS
5.1. The user is responsible for having all necessary travel documents. The Agent is not liable for failure to obtain visas or meet requirements.
5.2. The user is responsible for compliance with border regulations. The Agent is not liable for consequences of non-compliance.
5.3. Orders are final. Before confirmation, the user must check all passenger names and dates. Tickets are issued after payment is received.
5.4. The Agent may charge service fees for issuance, refund, or exchange. Issuance fee is included in price and non-refundable. Refund service fee is €25. Exchange fee depends on fare and availability.
5.5. Refund claims are processed no earlier than 1 month after request.
5.6. Only economy class tickets can be booked. Economy class rules:
- non-refundable (except carrier cancellations);
- no date changes;
- no name changes;
- no exchanges.
5.7. If the user anticipates changes, the Agent may offer higher fare tickets allowing modifications.
5.8. The carrier may cancel duplicate reservations.
5.9. The carrier may change schedules or cancel flights. Compensation depends on carrier rules.
5.10. The carrier may cancel a ticket if any segment is unused. The Agent is not liable.
5.11. The Agent may request additional documents if payment is made with a card not belonging to a passenger.
5.12. All information, including schedule changes, is sent to the email provided. The user must provide a correct address and check it regularly.
5.13. Low-cost carrier connections
Unlike full-service airlines, low-cost carriers issue separate tickets per segment. Delays or cancellations may cause missed connections without compensation. The user must check in for each flight separately and re-check baggage. A transit visa may be required. The Agent recommends considering regular airlines for complex itineraries.
5.14. Check-in
5.14.1. Arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before departure.
5.14.2. Verify departure time the day before with the airline or airport.
5.14.3. Ryanair requires online check-in, ending 5 hours before departure. Fees for airport check-in: €55 per passenger; €25 for boarding pass print.
5.14.4. Ryanair passengers under 16 and Wizz Air passengers under 14 must travel with an adult. No separate tickets allowed.
5.15. Baggage
5.15.1. Baggage allowances are shown at booking.
5.15.2. Restrictions apply for special items and safety. Information is available on our website.
5.16. Pet transportation
5.16.1. Inform the Agent before booking if traveling with pets at [email protected].
5.16.2. Passengers must review rules of destination countries and have necessary documents.
5.16.3. Many airlines prohibit pets transportation – check before booking at [email protected].
6. SECURITY
The Skymann.com website uses modern technologies to protect credit card payments. Personal and payment data are protected at the highest level. Data transfer is secured with SSL certificates. Skymann.com complies with Visa and MasterCard PCI security standards.
